Watch the guest profile build — event by event
This is the page's biggest claim, so you get to test it: every feature writes to the same guest profile. Click the events in order and watch the guest history panel — the same panel the host opens on the floor — fill up.
- The guest books in the widget — 4 guests at 7:00 PM, with the note gluten allergy in Anything we should know?. The booking creates the guest profile.
- The guest prepays an experience — the wine tasting for US$59. The purchase lands on the same profile, not in a separate till system.
- Staff save the allergy on the profile — it shows highlighted in a warning colour on every future booking.
- Half a year later the host opens the panel with one click on the guest's name on the floor — and sees the whole picture before the party walks in.
📝 Wants to sit near the big screen
This is how empty the profile is before the first booking. Click event 1.
The booking created the guest profile. The row, the party size and the guest's note show up right away — visits count once the visit is done.
The purchase lands on the same profile — the Purchased via Goboblo line. Not in a separate till system that never talks to the booking.
The allergy shows highlighted in a warning colour every time Anna books. The host can't miss it — the kitchen skips the surprise.
One click on the name on the floor: fifth visit, gluten allergy, sat at table 7 last time, US$845 purchased via Goboblo. The whole picture — before the party walks in.
The panel is a copy of the Guest history view in Goboblo — it opens with one click on the guest's name on the map and in the list. The guest's note travels with the booking; the allergy on the profile is saved by your staff.
See the guest databaseHow do you run the whole evening on a live floor plan?
It all sits under Bookings and switches in one click: Map, List, Timeline and Calendar show the same evening four ways. You see who's seated where, where the gap is, and where the no-show risk sits. If a party turns up early and their table is taken, you seat them at another table in the same move.
Turn a lunch diner into a regular — no paper cards
A digital stamp card and membership sit on the same guest profile as the booking. The guest stamps on their phone, your team scans at the till, and you get repeat visits with no manual work.
Cash flow before the table is set
The guest scans a QR code at the table and sees an always-current menu on their phone — no app, no login. Prepaid experiences and sold gift cards land on the same guest profile as the booking.
- Categories, prices and allergen labels
- Change a price once — it goes live
- Experiences upfront · gift cards to sell and redeem
How does Goboblo AI take a booking?
Your team types one sentence and the reservation is created, changed or cancelled right on the floor. The assistant surfaces VIP guests and allergies proactively, and every user has a clear role on the account: owner, admin or staff.
- Create, change and cancel in one sentence
- Roles and permissions per account: owner, admin, staff
- Add staff with just a name and phone number — no login
Five tools, or one guest profile
Bookings in one place, loyalty in another, the menu in a binder and the guest data nowhere. Goboblo brings the work into one flow your team actually has time to use.
- Bookings, loyalty and menu in separate systems
- Guest data lost after the visit
- Commission per cover — even on regulars
- No one sees the whole picture during service
- Book, keep, get paid and talk in one flow
- One guest profile carries booking, stamp and review
- 0 commission on your own bookings
- A table map that syncs across devices in seconds

Questions restaurateurs ask about the features
What features does Goboblo include?
Goboblo includes reservations, a table map, timeline, waitlist, no-show protection, digital stamp cards, restaurant membership, a QR menu, paid event bookings, restaurant reviews, the guest profile and Goboblo AI. Every feature writes to one guest profile. Booking costs $29 a month and the price is locked for life; the lunch card is free until 150 guests use it.
Do the features write to one guest profile?
Yes. Every booking, stamp, allergy and review collects on one guest profile that follows the diner between visits. You see the full history in one place, instead of scattered across five tools that never talk to each other. That single profile is the guest CRM you own behind every feature.
Does Goboblo take commission on the features?
No, not on your own bookings. You pay a flat fee for the platform and 0 commission per cover on reservations you create yourself. A small fee applies only to new diners we bring you.
Which features are not built yet?
Pay at the table, catering, email and text campaigns, an AI phone host, and Apple and Google Wallet are on the way. They are marked Coming soon below. Everything else on this page — including gift cards — is built and runs in the platform today.
Do the features work on iPad and mobile?
Yes. All of Goboblo runs in the browser — on desktop, tablet or an iPad at the host stand. Everything updates live across devices via WebSocket, so your team sees the same floor at the same time without refreshing.
