Restaurant website builder — start free, add your own address when you want
The menu, the opening hours and your photos are already in Goboblo — so the site already exists. Answer six questions, upload photos and publish. Free on your-restaurant.goboblo.site, or with your own address for $25 a month.
- Free to start
- Own domain for $25
- Menu always current
Goboblo builds your restaurant's website from what you already entered: the menu, the opening hours and your photos. You answer six questions in your own words and we write the texts. The site gets a look that fits your kind of place — a pizzeria looks like a pizzeria and a neighbourhood bistro like a neighbourhood bistro — and you change everything right on the page afterwards. Your own domain is included in the price, registered in your name.
- Free to start
- Menu always current
- Own domain in the paid plan
- Edit from your phone
- Booking on the site
- Guest reviews
How do I choose what the site looks like?
You pick from looks made for your kind of place, and a colour — ready suggestions or completely free. Whatever you click is saved right away and shows in the box next to it. Whichever colour you choose, we make sure the text always stays readable.
- Looks per kind of place — never one that doesn't fit
- Colour is tried and saved with one click
- Text is always readable, whatever the colour
How does the domain work — and who owns it?
You get suggestions for free addresses and order with one click. The domain is registered in your name: it is yours, and you can move it wherever you want. The site also shows how many people visited in the last 30 days.
- The domain is included in the price and is yours
- Free addresses with prices, order with one click
- Visitor numbers without cookies or consent banners
The difference from ordering from an agency
An agency builds a nice site once. The problem comes later: every change goes through someone else, and the menu on the site lags behind the menu in the restaurant.
- A quote, a wait and a lump sum before anything shows
- Every text change is emailed to someone else
- The menu on the site is a PDF from last spring
- The domain is often in the agency's name
- The site already exists — publish when you're happy
- Click the text and rewrite it yourself
- The menu on the site is the menu in the restaurant, always
- The domain is registered in your name and is yours
Free to start, one fixed price for your own address
What restaurant owners ask about the website
What does a restaurant website cost with Goboblo?
Getting started costs nothing. The site sits free on an address with us — your-restaurant.goboblo.site — with no time limit and no card. Want your own address, say yourplace.com? That's $25 a month per location with the first month free. The domain is included in that price, and the Goboblo line in the footer goes away. All prices are on the pricing page.
We have no fixed address — does it still work?
Yes. If you run a food truck you enter the week's spots instead of an address, and the site draws them on a map with today's marked. That whole view is on the page for food trucks.
What's the difference between the free site and the $25 one?
The site is the same. The difference is the address and the footer: free gives you your-restaurant.goboblo.site and a small line at the bottom saying the site was made with Goboblo. For $25 a month you get your own address — we buy the domain, register it in your name and handle the technical side — and the footer line is removed. All your content, the menu, booking and photos come along when you switch.
What happens to the free site if I get my own address later?
Nothing is lost. The site moves to your new address and the old one forwards visitors there, so guests who saved the link or scanned a QR code still land in the right place. You don't rebuild anything.
Who owns the domain — me or Goboblo?
You. The domain is registered in your name, not ours. If you ever switch providers you take the domain with you, and we help with the move. As long as you're a customer we handle renewal and the technical side for you.
What do I need to do to get the site ready?
Three things. Answer six questions about your place in your own words — we write the texts. Upload a few photos with your phone — you get a list of exactly which shots make the site good. Click Publish. The menu and opening hours are already there, they come along from Goboblo.
How does the menu get onto the site?
Automatically. The site shows the same menu guests see in the QR menu at the table — change a dish or a price in Goboblo and the site changes the same moment. The site can never show an old menu.
Can I change texts and images myself?
Yes, right on the page. You open Website in the app, click a text and rewrite it, or click an image and swap it — from your phone if you like. Every change is confirmed with "Saved" so you know it took.
Do booking and ordering work on the site?
Yes. If you have table booking, Book a table sits on the site. If you have Order & pickup, guests can pick dishes and pay right on the page. Gift cards and your events and experiences get their own pages too, and the guest reviews you pick yourself are shown with first names. If you run stamp cards or memberships, guests can join right on the page. If you sell food for collection, the whole flow is on the page for pizzerias. The site only shows what you actually have switched on.
Can I pick any web address?
Addresses ending in .com you order yourself in the app with one click — you see which ones are free and what they cost before you decide. Want a country-specific ending instead? Just tell us which address you want and we'll sort it for you — registered in your name as always.
What happens to the domain if I cancel?
It's still yours. The domain is in your name, so you take it to any provider you like, and we help with the move. That's the difference from renting a site where the provider is listed as the owner. One thing to know: the subscription has no lock-in, but if you buy the domain through us it runs for two months — we paid for the domain up front. The full term is in our terms.
